Cut
Assemble a spicy MiniMax H3 cut from short takes
H3 does not render a one-minute sex scene in a single request. Neither does the hosted product people compare it to. A take is 5–15 seconds. A cut is a chain of takes that share a face, a room and a weather. The product supports long spicy video because the board supports the next cell — not because one generation is long.
The unit is the cell, not the minute
Write the scene as cells you can reshoot:
- Wardrobe state (one garment) — see one garment per take.
- Lock the body — nude reference stills pinned in the character library.
- Position block — spicy positions, one motion.
- Change of position — first and last frame.
- Afterglow — the last cell, almost no motion.
Four to eight cells is a 30–90s cut. That is the spicy equivalent of a scene. If you need longer, cell 8 becomes the first frame of a new board. The tool for that board is storyboard; the assembled-from-script version is multi-shot short film.
What has to stay constant
A cut falls apart when cell 3 is a different adult. Carry forward, in every brief:
- The five body locks (mole, scar, hair, chest, genitals-as-costume).
- The room (same hotel, same rain, same practical).
- The grade and era, if you set them on Cinema Studio.
- Ratio. Do not mix 9:16 and 16:9 inside one cut unless the cut is supposed to.
Audio can change per take — rain in 1, cloth in 4 — because native audio is generated with the picture. Do not ask one 8s take to also perform a voiceover. That is room tone vs performance voice.

A five-second Developer take is about 15 cents. Ten iterates on one cell are $1.50. That is the cheap part. The expensive part is rendering every cell at Max while the blocking is still wrong. Iterate the motion on the cheap tier; print the keeper on H3 or H3 Max. Billing is not live — list prices are what you would pay later, not a charge today. Access is invite or waitlist.
