H3 does not render 32 seconds in one request. A hotel scene is four 8-second cells: corridor walk, doorway peek, bed edge with one step in, afterglow with almost no motion. Same adult, same tungsten, same rain on the glass.
Board it first. Iterate cheap on Fast. Keepers on H3 or Max. Assemble in the board — the splice is the product, not a hidden 1-minute model.

Pin the adult
Same stills on every cell. Same tungsten, same rain on the glass.
One motion each
Do not let cell 3 also undress.
Print cheap, then once
Iterate on H3 Fast. Keepers on H3 or Max. Assemble in the board; H3 does not render 32s in one request.
